30 NITs,5 IIITs / IIITM / IIITDM, 13 Central / State Government funded institutions and 45 Self Financed Institutes will admit candidates on the basis of their performance in AIEEE-2012, to the first year of Engineering / Technology and Architecture/Planning programmes through a centralized counseling procedure, for the academic session 2012-13.
To have the colleges in which you can use your AIEEE SCORE apart from the ccb/AIEEE counselling from CBSE. AIEEE 2012 RESULT was declared on 9 june 2012 and there is a mixed reaction from the student as always in the competitive exam. 4)FIRST ROUND COUNSELLING RESULT OF AIEEE 2012
The result for AIEEE 2012 counselling will be displayed on 27 june 2012.
On 27 june you can check your result by LOGIN to
5)REPORTING AT INSTITTUTION
From june 28 to July 05 2012 you need to report on the institute for the following
a) Depositing Initial Fees
b) Verification of Documents
Candidates who fails to report will lose their seats automatically. Get your seat first and go for upgradation later.
6)SECOND ROUND SEAT ALLOTMENT of AIEEE 2012
ON JULY 05 2012 you will get the result for 2nd allotment in aiee 2012 counselling.
7)REPORTING AT INSTITTUTION after 2nd allotment in AIEEE 2012
From 06 july to July 10 2012 you need to report on the institute for the following
a) Depositing Initial Fees
b) Verification of Documents
Candidates who fails to report will lose their seats automatically. Get your seat first and go for upgradation later.
8) 4th Round of counselling.
Date: July 25Plan of action:
i) Candidates who are allotted a seat in the fourth round should report directly to the Allotted Institutes during July 25 - 30, 2012.
ii) These candidates may fill in their preferences of branches within the Institute at the time of reporting. Candidates who do not report to the Allotted Institute (Admitting Institute) will forfeit their claim on the allotted seat. However, they will be permitted to participate in the Spot Round, for which they should register again during August 3 - 6, 2012.
9) Internal Sliding
Date: August 1
After four rounds of allotment, 'internal sliding' amongst candidates admitted in an institute will be conducted, on August 1, 2012. The sliding is based on the choices/preferences filled in by candidates at the time of getting admitted to the institute. After this internal sliding, vacancies will be displayed on August 2, 2012 in CCB website.
10) The Spot Round
Dates: August 03 – August 06
Candidates who are eligible for central counselling and have not taken admission in an institute within the 4th round are eligible for the Spot Round. Candidates who were eligible for central counselling but had not registered during June 16 - 25 and July 17 - 22, 2012, would also be permitted to register and fill their choices.
