HOW TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF ?-By MANOJ KUMAR
This article is written to motivate the students, businessman, working, non-working people who are somehow loose there motivation of life and want to regain.
This article is written after reading various motivating BOOKs. So that may include the examples from many books that I feel BEST to motivate the person.
“Motivation is what needs to start,
    HABIT is what get you keep going.” – By Anomonous
This is a TRUE saying that to start any work whether to read a chapter or new deal you have to be motivate about that event. But the characteristics of HUMAN BEING is that it looses the motivation if we come in contact with Negative feeling or Failure. I don’t want to enlarge this article as it is very difficult to read whole for those who lacks the motivation so I’m keeping it simple and abstract of whatever I read about the Motivations.
HERE IS A 12 POINTS FORMULAE TO KEEP YOU MOTIVATING
1.CONTROL YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:-
Yes! This is the 1st thing that must be done by people who looses their motivation or want to be stay motivated all the time.
2. AUTO- SUGGESTION TO YOU AFTER SHORT INTERVALs
Give auto suggestion like “Yes! I can do it”; “I’m the Best” etc. to yourself and you can feel the difference in yourself. Make your own Auto suggestion according o your work.

3. DREAM EXERCISE
Every night, before going to sleep take 3 deep breadths and imagine the things that you want to get and said that you achieved this thing tomorrow and you realize this in your dream today in night.
And close your eyes and lays down on BED and start imaging your dream.

4. FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES
Forgive all the peoples who ever give you pain or strain or any harm. Forgiving those eases your mind from them and you can focus on your work.

5. WRITE YOUR GOALS
Writing your goals help you to get know what you wants to achieve and by seeing that goal daily or writing the same goals daily many achieved their goals satisfactly in this world.

6. MANAGE YOUR TIME
Manage your time means get a chart prepared at time about your day. How you have spent your day and how you can improve your day. This will surely help you to get where you are wasted you time and where you can save your valuable time.

7. STOP PROCRASTINATING
Procrastinating is a type of disease in psychology. The people who are procrastinates doesn’t achieve success or success come to them quite late. So stop procrastinating and make a “Do it Now” attitude.

8.GET RID OF BAD HABITS:
Drinking Alcohol, smoking , drugs never ease you problems but they create problems. They not only creates the health problems to you but also creates mental problem.
So, get rid of all these thing will help you to achieve your goal and you can get the BEST OF YOURSELF.

9. PLAY GAMES
When we are kids we hardly get any type of Tension or distraction from failure or anything. The best way to get your tension ease to play some games( Outdoor) with your friends or with kids.
Many surveys showed that the couples having kids are less prone to Tension and distraction then the Single ones. So get yourself tied as early as possible.

10. READING MOTIVATIONAL BOOKS
                        or
Watching MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS on You-Tube.
Reading a motivational books at regular intervals help you to get motivated all the times and not only you, your surrounding people will also felt motivated around your company due to POSITIVE AURA of you.
If you don’t have enough time to READ a Book , then you can watch MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS from YOU-TUBE where you will get immense amount of videos on Motivation.

11. START YOGA and MEDITATIONs
Doing  Pranayam before meditation improves your meditating power and time.
Best way to get Meditation is imagine that you are in a PYRAMID and then start Pranayam and then Meditation.
 I will soon come with an article on MEDITATION techniques.
