IPU B.TECH ADMISSION 2011

This post is to provide the whole admission information to  new engineering aspirants of GGSIPU. First of all congratulation to all of readers who have got a descent rank in IPU-CET. 
We are here posted some last year 2010 statistics of seats.

1) SCHEDULE OF GGSIPU B.tech (2010)

GGSIPU conducts only physical counselling for all its program including B.tech. 

2) SEAT STATUS AFTER 1st COUNSELLING in 2010.

MAIT, ASET, MSIT[ECE(60)] and HMR(2nd Shift) did't participate in 1st counselling. If all colleges take part in 1st counselling then you can expect the cutt off to go down.

 3) SECOND COUNSELLING SCHEDULE of B.tech in 2010

There was so much chaos in 2010 counselling due to the reservation policy. Hope this time you will not going to face any problem and your session will start in August itself.

    @Utsav I think this time too they take some time as they already postponed some courses counselling.

    the 1st counslling is scheduled on 6th july...
    i want to knw that how much time (apprx) does it take
    ....does the complete process end in one day itself ?? if i get my desired choice in first round,my adm procss will be completed nd after that i will need to go to colg only when the session starts right ??

    or do i need to come again after the counselling for some other purposes ??

    pls clear my doubts ...

    Actually there is a problem in google DOC due to GOOGLE PLUS launch. We soon upload these files on rapidshare or mediafire.
